Lost Key Files (Registered Users Only) |
If you are a registered user and you have lost or otherwise misplaced your registration details, you can ask for a copy using the following form. You are required to properly identify yourself as a registered user, by stating the name and company on your license, as well as your license serial number. The license serial number is printed in your registration confirmation, and in the About dialog box in the program. If you have lost your serial number as well, state exact, non-public and verifiable information on where and when did you obtain your registration - i.e. order reference number, exact date of purchase, etc. No licenses are ever delivered to freemail addresses, or without proper user identification.
Having a lost license reissued is a privilege, not a right. You are responsible for taking proper care of your license. This privilege can be void if there are excessive requests showing negligence in handling the license, or attempts to have the license reissued in violation of stated conditions, i.e. to a freemail address.

It is not necessary to get a new license key for every upgrade or a new computer,
licenses issued for versions 3.xx (since August 2000) are still valid for all current
versions. Reissuing a license does not get you a new license, it would get you a copy
of the same one you already have.
