Return Policy titles are offered to public as shareware. This means you can download and try out the software for free and without risk. You can decide if you want to register (purchase) the software only after you determine if the software performs to your satisfaction. The software you will use as a registered user is exactly the same as the one available for free trial, no new downloads are required.

Please note, however, that once we send you a license file, there is no way we can unsend it, or you can return it. For that reason, our policy is to provide refunds only in cases where the software contains a specific problem undetectable in evaluating freely available trial version, or does not perform as we described, and we are unable to correct the issue. A proper case is required to be made before we authorize a refund.

Please do not purchase a license just for evaluation purposes and ask for a refund later, as we will have to decline. Please ensure that you do not purchase something you don't need or want. Please evaluate the software first, before you buy it.

If physical delivery is ordered and the CD-ROM media is defective, you can receive a refund within 60 days of shipping. The defective CD-ROM must be returned in order to receive a refund for the license price only (not S&H), or a replacement CD-ROM.
